• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
• Make payments as agreed upon.

• Payment terms are agreed upon before the start of each project.
• In most cases, a deposit is required to begin work.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where work has not yet begun or if project terms are not met on our end.
